SHIPPING POLICY

At Zoom Tyres, we are committed to getting your tyres, wheels, and 4x4 accessories delivered to you quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our delivery services across New Zealand.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, including:

        North Island — all major cities and regional areas

        South Island — all major cities and regional areas

        Rural and remote areas (additional charges may apply — see Rural Delivery below)

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of New Zealand.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

 

North Island

Next day delivery (for most metro areas)

South Island

1–2 business days

Rural Areas

2–4 business days

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch

 

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Zoom Tyres is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. General guidelines:

        Shipping fees vary depending on tyre size, quantity, and delivery location.

        Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time — check our website or contact us for current offers.

        Rural delivery surcharges may apply for addresses outside of standard courier zones.

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

        Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

        You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

        A dispatch notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has been collected by our courier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the courier's online tracking portal.

If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at admin@zoomtyres.co.nz.

6. Rural Delivery

Deliveries to rural addresses (as classified by New Zealand's courier networks) may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. If your delivery address is in a rural zone, you will be notified of any additional costs at checkout.

Alternatively, you are welcome to use a nearby urban address (e.g., a local depot or business) to avoid rural surcharges.

7. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Prefer to pick up in person? You are welcome to collect your order directly from our store:

Please wait for a confirmation that your order is ready before coming in to collect. Bring your order confirmation email or number when you arrive.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect:

        Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

        Email admin@zoomtyres.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

        We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Zoom Tyres is not liable for damage caused after delivery or as a result of incorrect installation.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

        Check your tracking information for any updates or attempted delivery notices.

        Contact us at admin@zoomtyres.co.nz or call 09-276 8693 so we can investigate with our courier partner.

        We will work with you to locate the parcel or arrange a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Zoom Tyres offers flexible payment options to make your purchase easier:

        Afterpay — Buy now, pay later in 4 interest-free instalments.

        Genopay — Spread your payments over 10 weeks interest-free.

        Standard payment methods including credit/debit card and bank transfer.
